If you have the following knowledge, skills and experience, you should be a great fit for our team:

• Knowledge of the EMDAT transcription software platform – We use the leading digital dictation & transcription platform eScription One in Australia to ensure maximum productivity for every transcriptionist in our team and the most cost-effective services for our clients. If you have prior experience with this platform, you will find it easier to get up to speed when joining our team. However, if you do not, we can certainly teach you what you need to know during your training period.
• General computing skills – All records are accessed through the eScription One software platform, which runs on the Microsoft Windows operating system. Familiarity and confidence with personal computers are therefore a must for all applicants. The more experience you have with modern technology, the better.
• Proofreading experience – Whilst this is not technically a requirement, prior proofreading experience will definitely be a big plus when applying for transcriptionist jobs with NTS in Australia.
• Experience of working from home – Again, this is not a requirement, but if you have any previous experience working from home, it will definitely be beneficial should you wish to become a transcriptionist with us. Candidates who are self-motivated, self-disciplined and able to manage their time efficiently without supervision are more likely to enjoy a successful career in this field.
